We left Bacoor at around 4am. By 7am we are having breakfast at Palaisdaan in Tarlac. This is my first time to eat here and I am impressed with the place. Before, the place was featured in TV regarding their taksiapo, where you will throw plates and glasses on the wall to release your anger. Though I was not able to experience it because I am not angry during our breakfast.

Instead of passing by the Marcos Highway, we passed by Kennon Road because I want to experience the thrill of the road. Kennon Road is narrow but very picturesque. Mountains, waterfalls, deep ravines and forest areas and of course the big LIons head We stopes to have a
picture as remembrance of the trip. We proceed to another place but I forgot the name. It was
located below the road. We have to take stairs going down.

By lunchtime, we are entering Baguio proper. We went direct to Minesview. We had lunch and bought some pasalubongs and strawberries. We have pictures at the Mansion, Wright park and Botanical Garden. We visited St Joseph to buy Ube jam which is the best in the area. After the tour, we checked in. The hotel is not what I have expected. But it is near Brent and Pink sisters. We went to Session road for the Ukay Ukay shopping, then dinner in SM Baguio.

The next day, we went to Pico La Trinidad to buy fresh strawberries from the strawberry farm. I was so amazes of the bulk of fruits and vegetables in the area. We drop by session road to buy bags from the Ukay Ukay.

On our way home we ate lunch in Pangasinan. It was my first time to taste Goat meat. I almost throw up. We passed by Tarlac in going back to Manila.

It was the first trip out of town that my husband is not with us. I hope to go back to Baguio again with him.
